Should you list all your aparment from a building on one listing?
As a first tip in this category I’m going to talk about what’s better from listing multiple apartment from the same building into one or more listings on DRListings.com
From an SEO point of view, it is better to describe all the apartments from an apartment building on the same listing and utilize the long description to give details of all available apartments in that building. So you use the cheapest price as the listing price and then describe the more expensive ones in the long description. Google DO NOT like duplicate content. And using approximately the same content and changing only the price and number of beds may stall the multiple listings from being cached by Google. Or, even worst, all listings could fall in the supplemental index and never get out of there.
By default, not using the long description is bad because it makes your listing look just like the others that also do not have a long description. The Long description comes with all our packages for Free! So, use it!
A photo means a lot for human being but almost nothing for a search engine spider. Keep this in mind.
Ask yourself what makes this property different from the other? And then talk a lot about that difference, or at least as much as you can.
